About Shadeland Flower Shop

Shadeland Flower Shop is a family owned and operated business that began serving Indianapolis in 1963. The business was started as a full-service nursery, greenhouse, and retail flower shop, serving the far-eastside of the city. In 1980, we moved the flower shop to a newly developed retail center at 75th & Shadeland, where we prospered for 27 years, serving the busy northeast side of Indianapolis. In July of 2007, we celebrated our 44th year in business by building and moving into our new state-of-the-art facility at 71st and Binford Blvd, in the beautifully redeveloped retail center called Avalon Crossing. We have highly skilled designers on staff who are dedicated to excellence in design. The sales and support staff serve up great customer service. We believe flowers are our best advertising and we always seek the newest technology and the freshest product to put our name on. We are very proud of the quality of our designs. We deliver to the entire Indianapolis area, and several adjoining towns. Our own driver, in our truck, carefully delivers in a timely way. All hospitals, funeral homes, businesses, schools, are within our delivery area.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Our shop not only has beautiful cut flowers, we also are proud of our wide selection of vases, giftware, plush, balloons, gift baskets, unusual artifacts and whimsical items. We design some of Indianapolis' most beautiful weddings. We are known for customer service, beautiful items, wonderful ideas, party planning and professionalism. We have been successfully beautifying this city for almost forty years.

A local delivery fee of $8.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
